Business Support Officer Level 2 | 9297 | Secondment Opportunity/Temporary Contract to 03.01.2027 | 37 hours per week | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum | (Grade E) | Norwich We are looking for an organised, focused, and resourceful Business Support Assistant to provide a range of administrative and support services to the Children’s Advice and Duty Service (CADS). You will work closely with Consultant Social Workers, Managers and head of service to support them to ensure the right pathway first time for our children and young people. If you have previous experience of working in an office, you are flexible and looking for a challenge, we would love to hear from you. Below are some of the skills we are looking for and you should be able to demonstrate: Excellent keyboard and ICT skills, including Excel, Word and Databases Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload Team working Ability to work to tight deadlines Professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information Friendly and Approachable An awareness of data protection and information management An awareness of safeguarding children policy Effective business support is a vital element to the success of this department.
