The Role As a Business Development Specialist – S³P, you’ll drive commercial growth in the French market by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and supporting the expansion of heat treatment and associated services. Taking ownership of business development, account management, and internal coordination, you’ll impact revenue growth, market presence, and the long-term success of our Specialty Stainless Steel Processes team. Your work will involve leading technical sales conversations, proposing tailored solutions, maintaining a high-performing pipeline using CRM tools, coordinating with production and quality teams, traveling across France to meet clients, and reporting on commercial KPIs to inform strategy.
