We are seeking Business Development Associates to strengthen our UKBNX Sales team. The role involves supporting the Account Executives in (pre-) sales activities across a defined territory, including: objectively selecting target accounts; creating compelling statements to engage the target buyers; maintaining customer database (Salesforce); prospecting, using all effective means; and supporting marketing campaigns. Required Experience: Experience of working in Sales Support / Business Development in a similar industry Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communications skills – confident and structured in conveying elevator pitches and key messages to senior target contacts across industries Ability to confidently interact with senior internal and client stakeholders, predominantly via email Ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment Be self-driven and able to collaborate and prioritise tasks in a virtual work environment Self-motivated and proactive with good problem-solving skills Ability to think logically, be well organised and be detail-orientated Passion for client service Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills an advantage; Salesforce an advantage Fluency in English.
