Following the rollout of several new systems in 2025—including Famly, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, Deel, and Yoobic—we’re looking for a proactive and organised Business Applications Advisor to help us embed these platforms, support our users, and drive continuous improvement across the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our applications run smoothly day-to-day, while helping transition ownership from the transformation team. What you’ll do Act as a key contact for end-users, providing support, guidance, and training. Become a subject-matter expert in our core business applications. Triage support cases, coordinating with business teams and system owners. Help plan and deliver new system releases, features, and process improvements. Run small projects or work packages, supporting planning and coordination. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define and improve business processes. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency using technology. Create clear communication and training materials when needed. Support the Business Applications Manager with Design Authority activities and roadmap/backlog management. What you’ll bring Experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Deel, Sage Intacct, Famly, or similar business applications. Understanding of HR, Finance, and Operations processes—ideally within a nursery, care, education, or similarly dispersed, deskless-workforce environment. Comfortable working across business and technical teams, including IT. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training skills. Exposure to system implementation or transformation projects.
