Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a large, international IT organization responsible for delivering core financial, risk, and ALM data platforms supporting regulatory and group-level reporting.

This role sits within Entities Core Solutions, a key area responsible for collecting, processing, controlling, and reconciling financial and risk data from operational systems into global platforms. You will work closely with Risk, Finance, ALM, and Reporting stakeholders, supporting mission-critical data warehouses and reporting chains.

In Lisbon, the team is responsible for the administration, support, and evolution of several strategic platforms used for Risk, Finance, IFRS9, ALM and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

·         Coordinate closing calendars and reporting timelines

·         Perform reference data management activities

·         Monitor and control data production and reporting processes

·         Provide first-level support to end users

·         Define, execute, and validate test plans for evolutions and releases

·         Manage and maintain functional and operational documentation (procedures, working instructions, release notes, data models, validation statements)

·         Execute operational permanent controls to ensure data quality and compliance

Technical Requirements

·         Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (administration & support)

·         Strong experience in test plan definition, execution, and validation

·         Solid SQL skills

·         Experience with Power BI

·         Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide

·         Exposure to Risk, Finance, ALM or regulatory reporting environments is a strong advantage

Languages

·         English – Expert (mandatory)

·         French – Basic / Notions (nice to have)

·         Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
