Brokerage Team Leader – Contracts (2 Posts) | 9627 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £31,537 to £33,699 per annum | (Grade G) | County Hall, Norwich (Hybrid Working) The arranging of care plays a pivotal role in Adult Social Care, and with an ageing population, this has never been more important. The Brokerage Service is a highly professional operation within Adult Social Services, that aims to source care and complete contracts for Norfolk’s adults. This is an exciting phase within the Brokerage Service, and to help us deliver a high-quality service we are looking to recruit a professional, hard-working, personable and organised Team Leader to lead the team. You will be joining a new team, so an ability to lead and develop a team to high performance will be critical. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of your team of Contracts Officers, ensuring they deliver high quality customer service while delivering against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with the Management Team and build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure top quality Service is always delivered. You will be responsible for contractual quality control, interpreting data, managing complex issues, while enabling providers to invoice within given timescales.
