Mercure Amsterdam City is looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team.

What will you do?
As a Breakfast Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting the breakfast buffet. You ensure everything is ready on time and beautifully presented. From fresh bread to hot dishes, you prepare everything with care and attention. You also contribute ideas for improvements and new breakfast creations.

Working closely with your colleagues, you help deliver a high‑quality guest experience every morning.

Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a motivated and inspiring Breakfast Cook who recognizes themselves in the following:

• You have completed a chef’s training (level 2 or 3) OR have relevant experience as a cook.
• You are flexible, independent, and a true team player.
• You have a good understanding of HACCP guidelines.
• You communicate well in English (Dutch is not required).
• You enjoy working early shifts and bring positive energy to the team.
