About the role As a Brand & Event Office, you will play a key role in supporting the Brand & Communication team on both event coordination and community management. You will work closely with the PR & Event manager as well as the Community Manager to help plan, prepare, and follow up on Yousign’s participation in key trade shows, partner events, and presence on Linkedin / Youtube. Your sense of organization and your ability to manage multiple tasks will help ensure flawless execution of our projects – while your curiosity will contribute to the consistency and visibility of Yousign’s presence across channels. What you will do Events & Trade shows Support the preparation of our participation in trade shows, conferences, and partner events Contribute to retroplanning, checklists, and coordination with internal stakeholders Prepare and update event-related materials (documents, lists, light assets) Assist with logistics (coordination with organizers, suppliers, transport partners — without managing heavy shipments) Ensure event assets (banners, slides, visuals, brochures) are up to date Help with booth setup and basic on-site logistics (depending on availability) Capture simple photo/video content Gather feedback, photos, and insights post-event and update internal documentation (Notion, Sheets) Community Management Prepare and schedule LinkedIn posts (drafts, visuals, subtitles, resizing) Repurpose content across formats (e.g. video, carousels, thumbnails) Run monitoring on design and social media trends in tech and digital trust Track post performance and compile weekly summaries (top posts, impressions, CTR, views) Handle basic engagement (likes, comments, DMs) and flag relevant interactions (prospects, partners, influencers) Provide light support in Canva / Capcut and keep assets organized on the Drive Update Notion and support coordination with other teams when needed About you You are currently studying communication, marketing, or business with a strong interest in project coordination and events You are organized, reliable, and proactive — you love when things are clear, structured, and on track You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working with different teams You have a strong eye for detail and design, and you’re at ease with tools like Notion, Canva, Capcut, or Google Suite You’re curious about social media, B2B tech and digital trust You write clearly and concisely (in French and ideally English) You enjoy teamwork, but can also manage small tasks autonomously Why join Yousign now?
