Job Title: Brand Ambassador – Premium Skincare (Contract)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: until December 31, 2025
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (30–40 hours/week)
Bonus: $200 retention bonus at end of contract
Locations: Winnipeg, MB
Shift : 6 hours per visit
About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium skincare brand in major drugstores across Canada. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, deliver hands-on product education, and support in-store sales through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable manner
- Perform product demonstrations including texture sampling and mini consultations
- Educate customers on product benefits and help with personalized product selection
- Create a welcoming, informative, and elevated customer experience
- Build brand awareness and recruit new clients to the skincare line
- Track and report key insights and feedback from each store visit
- Collaborate with store staff to support merchandising and drive sales
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty retail is required
- Esthetician certification is considered an asset but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in offering product recommendations based on individual skin concerns
- Ability to work independently while representing a premium brand
- Must have access to a personal vehicle for store visits
Requirements:
- Access to a vehicle is mandatory
- Previous Beauty Brand Ambassador experience (6 months-1 year)
- Great communication and selling skills
