Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm Saturday: 0900 – 1700 with a one-hour unpaid break for lunch day As our BMW Genius, you’re not selling—you’re inspiring. Your role is to help customers feel confident and informed by bringing BMW technology and innovation to life, focusing on their lifestyle and needs—not just the features. What You’ll Be Doing: No two days are ever the same. Your responsibilities will include: 🚗 Bringing the BMW experience to life through personalised product presentations and deep-dive demonstrations 🤝 Supporting customers and the sales team by sharing your product expertise and helping with handovers and test drives ✨ Maintaining a standout showroom environment, ensuring our display and demo cars look their absolute best 📸 Assisting with photography and presentation of used vehicles so our online listings truly shine 🛻 Vehicle collection and deliveries—and yes, this means driving some of the incredible cars we sell 🙌 Supporting the Sales Executives, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless, memorable, end-to-end experience About You: We’re looking for someone who is: ⭐ Energetic, proactive, and confident ⭐ Passionate about delivering a genuine “Genius experience” ⭐ Curious and driven—someone who loves learning and enjoys developing their skills ⭐ Comfortable speaking with customers in person or by phone ⭐ Ideally experienced in a customer-facing, retail or sales environment (any sector welcome!) If you’re enthusiastic and eager to grow, we’ll give you all the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. This is a brilliant entry point for someone who wants to break into automotive sales. You’ll gain product expertise, customer experience skills, and an in-depth understanding of the BMW brand—all while working alongside a supportive and passionate team.
