🤖 Bioprocess Technician

We're looking for a Bioprocess Technician to join our awesome team. Location: proudly onsite, in person, in Old Street, London As a Bioprocess Technician, you will support the day to day running of bioreactor production and R&D activities in a pilot-scale manufacturing facility. In this hand on role, you’ll prepare, clean and maintain process equipment, fluid transfer systems and production areas to ensure safe, consistent and efficient operation. Your attention to detail, reliability and collaborative mindset make you a vital part of our success. What you’ll do Assemble and prepare fluid transfer systems (tubing, sterile connectors, single use assemblies) and other related bioreactor components following established diagrams and SOPs. Clean and maintain production equipment, vessels, work areas and tools, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. Support CIP (Clean in Place) and sterilisation cycles for bioreactors, tanks and related systems. Manage consumables stock and log usage. Complete process documentation and logs. What we’re looking for Experience working in manufacturing or laboratory environments Comfortable working with pipes, hoses, valves, pumps and cleaning equipment. Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams and SOPs accurately. High attention to detail and strong commitment to cleanliness and safety. Team-oriented, reliable with good communication skills. Physically capable of performing cleaning, assembly and manual handling tasks. Ideally you'll also have Familiarity with tools (e.g. power drills, belt sanders).
