Working closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams, the department ensures that all mechanical and electrical services are fully integrated and clash-free prior to construction. This proactive approach helps reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration across all stakeholders — ultimately supporting the successful delivery of high-quality, bespoke MEP solutions. Role Overview: A UK leading multi-award winning building services contractor are currently seeking a BIM Project Co-ordinator in supporting their expanding BIM team at their new Offices in Dundalk, Co. Louth as a fundamental role in managing the MEP design coordination on multiple large scale Data Centre projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Louth Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience Responsible to | BIM Lead / Manager What You'll be Doing The role involves supporting the BIM Lead/Manager in implementing the project’s BIM strategy, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and standards. Key responsibilities include understanding and applying the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), coordinating and tracking BIM tasks and resources, and contributing to model development, design coordination, and clash detection. The position also entails performing quality assurance checks, maintaining BIM documentation, assisting with reporting and stakeholder coordination, and facilitating communication within project teams. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement by gathering feedback, monitoring deliverable quality, promoting skill development and collaboration, and aiding in software integration and advanced BIM applications such as 4D, 5D, and 6D modelling.
