For our location in Mississauga, ON we are looking for a
Billing and Dispatch Coordinator
Salary Range: CAD 60,000 - CAD 65,000
2–5+ years of experience in dispatching, billing, customer service, or administrative coordination roles
Proven ability to schedule, track, and coordinate service calls, deliveries, or field operations in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal teams via phone and email
Experience creating, reviewing, and processing invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, track job progress, and proactively resolve scheduling or service issues
Solid understanding of billing processes, basic accounting support functions, and documentation requirements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to audit paperwork (job tickets, timesheets) for completeness and accuracy
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
High level of accountability and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment
Knowledge of logistics, service operations, or field service coordination is an asset
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field preferred
