Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Reliable home internet and office space for uninterrupted work
- Ability to create talent pools to ensure they are able to harvest the right talent quickly
- Ability to support leader on the deconstructions on the hired talent
- Reviews exit and on-boarding surveys summaries completed by the leadership team to apply new tactics to their hiring practices
