Experience and Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and French
• Reliable home internet and office space for uninterrupted work
• Ability to create talent pools to ensure they are able to harvest the right talent quickly
• Ability to support leader on the deconstructions on the hired talent 
• Reviews exit and on-boarding surveys summaries completed by the leadership team to apply new tactics to their hiring practices
