What is in it for you: • Hourly Salary: $32 to $34, based on experience. • Job Type: 2-month contract – Full-time. • Location: Montréal, Ottawa, Toronto, Waterloo. • Work Arrangement: Remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate’s preference. • Hours: Regular business hours – 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Review complex dental claims and estimates for completeness, ensuring all required information is provided. • Assess and adjudicate complex claims and estimates based on dental information, plan provisions, and supporting documentation. • Analyze dental x-rays and claims, documenting findings and communicating with clients (members/sponsors) to obtain additional details. • Meet established production, quality, and service standards. • Handle internal and external inquiries via written correspondence, email, and phone as required. • Collaborate with the Dental Consultant on complex cases and coordinate with other departments to meet customer expectations. • Participate in departmental projects as needed. What you will need to succeed: • Diploma in Dental Hygiene (CEGEP/College or University). • Experience working in a dental clinic. • Strong knowledge of group insurance and dental claims. • Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment. • Open to giving and receiving feedback. • Bilingual in English and French for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide (required). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
