Start date: November 4, 2025 Bilingual Data Entry Clerk (Claims Processing) – Remote Work remotely in this full-time, entry-level role within the insurance industry. Support disability claims processing in a structured, detail-oriented environment with flexible hours and exposure to disability administration. Ideal for organized, tech-savvy professionals. What is in it for you: • Hourly salary of $18-20. • 12-month contract. • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. • Remote work: Monday to Friday. • Start time: Between 7 to 9 am EST. • Start date: November 4, 2025 Responsibilities: • Review incoming STD claim applications against established criteria. • Identify and follow up on outstanding information required for claims processing. • Apply contractual provisions to set up STD claims using web-based systems. • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal partners to meet service deliverables. • Prioritize and re-prioritize conflicting demands under tight turnaround times. • Deliver exceptional customer service to plan members, sponsors, and health providers. • Draft written communications including formal letters and professional emails. • Manage repetitive administrative tasks with high attention to detail. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and claim processing. • Handle inbound and outbound communications over phone and email with professionalism. What you will need to succeed: • High school diploma required. • Bachelor’s degree is a plus. • 1+ year of customer service or data entry experience. • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. • Impeccable time management and organizational abilities. • High attention to detail, particularly with numbers, spelling, and grammar. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a structured work environment. • Ability to build and maintain strong service relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Flexible and able to manage high workload volumes with competing deadlines. • Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in disability insurance or related customer service is a plus.
