Bid Writer Company Description: rapidly scaling health-tech AI startup Job Description: We're looking for a skilled and motivated Bid Writer to lead the creation of compelling, compliant, and high-scoring proposals for NHS tenders, pilots, and framework submissions. You'll sit at the intersection of growth, product, and clinical teams, translating complex information into clear, persuasive responses that resonate with NHS evaluators. You'll own the full bid lifecycle and help build processes for future scaling. Location: London, UK Why this role is remarkable: Shape how NHS staff experience AI in daily practice, directly impacting patient care and clinician well-being Join a well-funded health-tech AI platform, backed by national programmes and published clinical evidence, poised for significant growth Enjoy autonomy to build the bid function from the ground up, with a clear growth pathway into Bid Manager / Head of Proposals What you will do: Manage the end-to-end production of bids, RFIs, and tenders for NHS and public-sector frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, SBS, ICB frameworks) Draft concise, evidence-backed responses that communicate value, compliance, and differentiation, particularly around clinical safety and AI assurance Work closely with product, clinical, and operations teams to extract technical detail, case studies, and metrics from published studies and pilots The ideal candidate: Proven track record (3+ years) of successful bid writing in NHS or public-sector technology / digital health contexts Familiarity with NHS procurement processes, evaluation scoring, and compliance frameworks (e.g., DTAC, DCB0129/0160) Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, able to explain complex technical AI concepts in accessible language How to Apply: To apply for this job speak to Jack, our AI recruiter.
