DescriptionResponsibilities
- Responsible for standardized and customized financial offers including alignment of codes to requirements, cost of goods rates, and recommended margin rates.
- Transfer customer information to the proposal including product matching and pricing template.
- Work closely together with the Account Managers, Sales Management, and all involved departments like P&A and Finance, in order to effectively translate the customer’s requirements needs, and pricing into a winning solution for both offers and the implementation activities.
- Provide support for ongoing implementation projects on customer setup, working processes, and eventually customer-defined services. Examples are: customer setup, e-Business integration with customer procurement systems or marketplaces, stocked customer-specific products.
- Answering questions regarding implementation processes raised by departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Account Support.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable planning skills, well organised and attention to detail
- Thorough and pride in delivering quality work
- Excellent English & Dutch language skills are required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in a professional manner
- Ability to think independently, can bring ideas and opinions to the table
- PC literate with good MS Office and excellent Excel skills
- Capable of networking within the organization to achieve optimum results
- Relevant experience in a service or sales-oriented position is a distinct
