Baseline Management Officer

Currently, we are looking for a highly enthusiastic Baseline Management Officer who will work in Toulouse, France. Freelance contract only The candidate must be eligible for EU security clearance What is expected from you: The Configuration and Document Management (CADM) task is expected to provide support to the maintenance and execution of the programme requirements change management processes and related activities, including use of specific IT tools. This includes the following activities: Support to the Engineering Board and Configuration Control Board secretary functions by consolidating agenda’s items and related documents Administrate the Access control to the CCB shared repositories when applicable Update and keep under configuration control the Service Technical Requirement Baseline, the security baselines, the Contractual Items Status Lists (CISL) as well as the Coordination Baseline Configuration Status (CBCS) documents Ensure that the documents listed in the baseline documents lists are kept under configuration control (i.e. Document change control, publication in the Documentation Management System, dispatch through the EUSPA Documentalist support) Keep record of the Evaluations and Change Control Boards’ decisions and flow them downto the various programme, project, sites and technical baselines Coordination with EUSPA documentation related activities as necessary Propose continuous improvement on the processes of the daily activities Where: You will be working in Toulouse, France.
