Boxcar Bread & Wine is thriving and we are looking to grow our barista team! We have part time and full time roles available ranging from 20–40 hours a week. As a Barista You Will: Provide friendly and efficient service to our guests Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding experiences Learn and master all aspects of our menu Be confident in executing orders in a fast and efficient manner Embrace the spirit of teamwork, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment The Equipment & Coffee: La Marzocco Classic 3-group Puqpress M3 Compak grinders (with a Mythos on the way) Bespoke, small-batch coffee from Reads Coffee Roasters, rotating regularly for variety. Specialty products including Prana Chai, Novus Tea, and Lalani & Co Matcha.
