You will deliver high-quality patient care, support assessments, monitor patient conditions, and work within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide patient monitoring and clinical care. Support emergency and planned admissions. Take bloods, perform observations, and maintain accurate records. Prepare and check clinical equipment. Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals. Adhere to NMC standards and Trust procedures. What We Offer Competitive hourly rates.
