About the Role We are currently seeking two compassionate and dedicated Band 5 Nurses to join our specialist care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality palliative and end-of-life care, supporting patients and their families with dignity, respect, and empathy. Location: Birmingham Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £29,117 – £35,445 per annum (dependent on experience) Tasks Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to hospice patients. Support patients with complex palliative needs, ensuring comfort and symptom control. Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare assistants, therapists, and wider MDT. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans. Participate in clinical assessments, medication administration, and monitoring. Provide emotional support to patients and families. Contribute to service improvement, audits, and quality initiatives.
