Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for Baker, Part-time At our Food Centre The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to: Deliver legendary customer service and guest experiences Scale, mix, bake, finish, and decorate in accordance with approved company procedures and standards following standardized formulations Order and receive all ingredients and supplies according to production requirements Ensure that the Co-op’s equipment is being operated and maintained in a safe and responsible manner. Monitor case temperatures and clean equipment regularly Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Ability to lead a multi-generational team environment Mature, reliable, and self-motivated Outstanding teamwork skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends Bakery Advance considered an asset 2-3 years of previous experience as a Baker Previous scratch baking is considered an asset Join our team!
