Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store goals. 
  •  Monitor and manage the sales process from customer engagement through final delivery. 
  •  Train team members on effective selling techniques, CRM usage, and product knowledge. 
  •  Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards. 
  •  Assist in handling customer concerns and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. 
  •  Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  •  3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role. 
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. 
  •  Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions). 
  •  A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. 
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Salary Description
$125,000-$185,000 annually
