What You’ll Do

  • Present and explain finance and lease options to guests
  • Structure deals, finalize contracts, and ensure compliance with all laws and policies
  • Secure competitive financing through strong lender partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create a seamless guest experience
  • Review credit applications and match customers with appropriate programs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ethical practices
  • Train and mentor team members on compliance and product knowledge

Requirements
  • Proven success in automotive finance, lending, or dealership F&I
  • Strong understanding of credit, contracts, lenders, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • A guest-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach
  • Degree in Business/Finance preferred, but not required
