We’re currently hiring a skilled and motivated Auto Glass Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering a WOW client experience. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Install and repair auto glass (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment ✅ Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices ✅ Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards ✅ Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet) ✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop and in service vehicles ✅ Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member ✅ Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands-on technical experience in a similar trade) ✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ✅ Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service ✅ Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment ✅ Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership ✅ Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights ✅ Willingness to grow through our Paid Apprenticeship, Training & Tool Program ✅ Embodies the mindset of an Ideal Team Player – humble, hungry, and people smart (Patrick Lencioni) WHAT YOU GET – WHY TECHS CHOOSE ALLBRITE ✅ Competitive Pay: $55,000 – $75,000+ ✅ Monthly Performance Bonuses & Commission Opportunities ✅ Group Health & Dental Benefits ✅ Health & Fitness Bonus – Because well-being matters ✅ Birthday Off + Wellness/PTO Days ✅ Clean, Professional Service Vehicles & Workspaces ✅ Career Advancement Opportunities ✅ Culture of Appreciation – We Recognize, Re-Appreciate, and Reward
