You’ll be a key player in deploying harmonized templates, optimizing workflows, and supporting enterprise-level Agile transformation. Location: Paris (Chatillon) – 3 days on-site per week Employment Type: Contract (September start – end of year, renewable) Industry: Hi-Tech Languages: French (fluent) + English (fluent) Compensation: Competitive based on experience 🛠 Responsibilities: ⚙️ Deploy a new, harmonized project template in JIRA 📊 Create and manage the strategic portfolio (initiatives) in JIRA 🔄 Adapt and refine the business demand management process in JIRA 🛠 Advanced administration & configuration of JIRA and Confluence 📈 Optimize workflows and project management processes 📚 Create documentation and deliver user training 🛡 Provide Level 3 technical support for Atlassian tools 🔗 Integrate Atlassian tools with other internal systems 📅 Oversee updates, deployments, and ensure data security 🎯 Requirements: 💼 4–10 years’ proven experience in JIRA/Confluence administration 📌 Expert-level knowledge of JIRA (essential) 📌 Advanced Agile skills & solid SAFe methodology understanding 📝 Ability to draft functional and technical specifications 📋 Strong project management & documentation skills 🎓 Atlassian certification preferred (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional) 📅 Contract Details: 🏢 3 days on-site in Chatillon (Paris area) 📆 Start date: September ⏳ Duration: Until end of year with possible renewal 🌟 If you’re ready to combine technical mastery with Agile leadership, this role is your next big challenge.
