Responsibilities
  • Communicate with internal teams and be able to turn problems and requests into actionable tasks for the production team.
  • Control project schedules and task tracking for both short- and long-term goals — ensuring all tasks, deadlines, and statuses are regularly updated in Hansoft / Jira.
  • Keep the project environment organized: create and assign tasks to artists, maintain and update project documentation, and communicate feedback between teams.
  • Record and archive meeting notes; prepare follow-ups with clear action points, responsible persons, and deadlines.
  • Maintain and update roadmaps and backlogs, including charts, statistics, and status tracking.
  • Handle IT-related requests — creation, tracking, and communication with support teams.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (accesses, chats, documentation).
  • Keep track of vacation calendars and team availability.
  • Control and ensure timely updates of project documentation.
  • Assist with weekly reports — helping with visual formatting and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Art Producer, Art Direction, Leads, QC, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  •  Identify and communicate risks, issues, or change requests early, and proactively help solve them before they impact schedule or quality.
  • Ensure the team has effective organizational structure, processes, and practices to deliver high-quality work on time.


Qualifications
  • Have 12+ month of experience of managing production teams.
  • English: B1 or higher.
  • Tools:  Jira / Confluence / MSP / MS Office package / Ready to use custom client tools.
  • Basic understanding of modern project management methods and tools.
  • Experience collaborating with people from different departments and ensure for result and deadlines.
  • Experience in monitoring task completion, time spent on it in project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, team player.
  • Understanding of Art development, art approval processes, and dependency chains.
  • Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment.
  • Have a background in art that helps you thoroughly understand the artistic and technical side of art production would be a plus.
  • Problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Desired to learn, grow and contribute to game industry.
