Join Our Food Marketing Team as an Assistant Marketing Manager! Are you passionate about creating customer-focused campaigns that deliver real commercial impact? We’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to help shape compelling category propositions and bring them to life across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across trading, product development, and marketing to plan and execute campaigns that drive footfall and sales. You’ll manage relationships, craft inspiring briefs, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints—from in-store to social and beyond. What You’ll Do Support the Category Marketing Manager in delivering customer-relevant propositions and campaigns that drive commercial results Handle day-to-day partner relationships and act as the key contact for category marketing Plan and deliver authentic, customer-focused campaigns aligned with Food Marketing strategy Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all touchpoints for new propositions and product launches Conduct post-implementation reviews to collect learnings and provide recommendations for future activities Who You Are Ability to create clear, engaging customer-centric marketing briefs Strong planning and organisational skills Campaign and project management expertise Excellent communication and partner management skills Creative eye with meticulous attention to detail, combined with resilience and adaptability What’s in it for You?
