Confident leading from the front: sales, member experience, and day-to-day operations. Organised, proactive, and always looking for ways to raise the bar. What you’ll be doing Supporting the General Manager in running daily club operations. Driving membership growth through sales, outreach, and excellent service. Helping lead the front-of-house team and maintaining high standards across the gym. Playing a key role in events, campaigns, and community engagement.
