Costain Civil and Structural Department: Costain have a team of Engineers and Designers in multiple UK locations with the main resource for in-house civil and structural capability being sited in Manchester. The Manchester office deliver a wide range of projects from advisory and scope development, through detailed design, to construction and temporary works design. We are focused on the production of safe, economic, technically sound and environmentally sustainable engineering solutions. Our teams consist of Engineers, Chartered Engineers, BIM specialists and CAD Designers working in Highways, Rail, Energy and Utility sectors.
