Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Application Production Infrastructure and Network Consultant to join a global, mission-critical IT environment supporting applications across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.

This role is focused on implementing, securing, and operating application platforms in both Non-Production and Production environments, covering application changes, infrastructure migrations, obsolescence management, and business projects.

You will work closely with international teams and multiple infrastructure domains, including Network, Servers, Storage, Databases, Middleware, and Security, playing a key role in platform stability, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Infrastructure Operations

·         Implement application solutions in Production and Non-Production environments

·         Manage application changes, infrastructure migrations, and obsolescence activities

·         Support business projects and unit requests across multiple regions

·         Provide support to APS and ADM teams

Architecture & Performance

·         Monitor application platforms (performance, availability, health)

·         Produce and maintain KPIs and operational reports

·         Participate in architecture and technical governance committees

Security & Network

·         Ensure applications comply with corporate security norms and standards

·         Design, coordinate, and validate network flows between system components

·         Work closely with Network, Infrastructure, and Security teams

Mandatory Technical Skills

·         Windows & Linux Server Environments – Expert

·         Databases: Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL Server, NoSQL – Practical experience

·         Monitoring & Observability Tools: Nagios, Dynatrace, OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus

·         CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, Ansible, Git / Bitbucket, JFrog / Artifactory

·         HTTP & Integration Technologies: Web Services, RESTful APIs, Microservices

·         Infrastructure & Networking concepts

·         Containerization: Docker, Podman (basic knowledge)

Languages

·         English – Expert (mandatory)
