We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Manager to own the P&L and drive revenue growth across our two largest e-commerce channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll manage everything from advertising strategy and listing optimization to profitability and operational excellence. You’ll be the single point of ownership for channel performance — leading PPC strategy, improving conversions, and ensuring every product launch is a success. Own Marketplace Strategy & P&L * Develop and execute growth strategies for Amazon (US) and Walmart.com. * Manage budgets, optimize ad spend, and maximize profitability. * Take full ownership of the channel P&L and key performance metrics. 2. Lead Advanced PPC & Advertising * Create, manage, and scale campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. * Implement advanced campaign structures (discovery, validation, scaling funnels). * Continuously test and refine ad formats, bids, and targeting strategies to hit aggressive ACoS/TACoS goals. 3. Optimize Brand Presence & Content * Lead Amazon Brand Registry and protect against IP infringement. * Collaborate with creative teams to design and test data-driven A+ Content and Storefronts. * Conduct competitive research to ensure listings, pricing, and assets outperform competitors. 4. Maintain Operational Excellence * Monitor and maintain Account Health across marketplaces. * Handle compliance, IP, and policy resolution with effective Plans of Action. * Oversee customer service responses to maintain a 5-star brand reputation. 5. Manage Inventory & Forecasting * Lead forecasting and replenishment planning for FBA and future WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services). * Optimize FBA/FBM/WFS mix to balance shipping speed, cost, and stock health. 6. Report, Analyze, and Improve * Build and present performance dashboards and KPI reports. * Translate complex data into actionable insights for ongoing growth. WHO YOU ARE: * 3–5+ YEARS MANAGING AND SCALING 7-FIGURE+ AMAZON SELLER ACCOUNTS. * Proven track record of profitable growth (balancing ACoS/TACoS). * Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, bid management, and data analytics. * Highly proficient in Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and tools like Helium 10 or Sellerboard. * Analytical, proactive, and organized — you don’t wait for instructions; you build the solution. * Experience with Walmart.com and international Amazon marketplaces (CA/EU) is a strong plus. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: * P&L Ownership: You consistently hit or exceed revenue and profitability goals. * Account Health: No unresolved violations; accounts stay “green.” * Operational Control: 95%+ in-stock rate on key SKUs. * Strategic Growth: Documented improvements in CVR, CTR, and ad efficiency. * Customer Excellence: All inquiries resolved within 24 hours; 5-star ratings maintained. ROLE DETAILS: * Location: Remote (must overlap 2–6 p.m. BST / 9 a.m.–1 p.m. EST) * Contract: 6-month term with potential for extension * Reports to: Head of E-Commerce
