POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a remote AI Sales Representative with deep automotive technology experience and an established UK dealership network. This role blends outbound hunting, inbound qualification, and full-cycle sales. You will be responsible for prospecting and engaging dealerships, running demos, managing deals end-to-end, and visiting dealerships in person when appropriate. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and is eager to help build a new market from the ground up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Identify, research, and engage UK dealerships aligned with the ideal customer profile. · Prospect through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and occasional in-person dealership visits. · Leverage an existing automotive tech network to accelerate market penetration. · Build and maintain a strong outbound-driven pipeline. · Qualify inbound interest from UK dealerships and convert leads into opportunities. · Conduct discovery calls to understand dealership workflows, fixed operations challenges, and communication gaps. · Deliver clear and compelling demos of AI-powered communication solutions. · Own the entire sales process: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. · Support new customers through early activation and handoff to onboarding teams. · Attend automotive industry events, conferences, and dealer-group meetings as needed. · Build brand presence and credibility within the UK automotive retail ecosystem. · Visit dealerships occasionally for in-person demos or late-stage deal meetings. · Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product teams to share market insights. · Provide UK-specific feedback regarding dealership needs, operational processes, and DMS workflows. · Track all sales activity, pipeline movement, and territory progress in HubSpot. 3+ years in automotive technology sales. · Experience selling software or digital solutions directly to dealerships. · Background with companies such as Tekion, CDK Global, Keyloop, XTime, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, AutoTrader, MotorK, or other automotive SaaS vendors. · Strong, active UK dealership network (dealer principals, GMs, service managers). · Demonstrated hunter mindset with proven success in outbound or BDR-style roles. · Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. · CRM experience, ideally HubSpot. · Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. · Curiosity and comfort with AI-driven technology. · Fluent English.
