As an AI Researcher, you will be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge machine learning research to real-world problems. You will experiment with state-of-the-art techniques in computer vision, large language models, multi-modal learning, and agentic AI workflows, transforming academic innovations into practical, production-ready systems. Working closely with engineering and product teams, you will develop prototypes, test novel architectures, and contribute to AI solutions that have a tangible impact on complex, unstructured data challenges. · Translate the latest machine learning research into functional prototypes and proofs of concept.
· Design and conduct experiments to validate research ideas, defining metrics and evaluating model performance.
· Apply ML techniques to domain-specific problems, tailoring architectures and training strategies to real-world datasets.
· Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI models.
· Document research findings and share insights with the broader AI team.
· Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, benchmarks, and techniques in AI, including computer vision, NLP, generative AI, and multimodal learning.
· Identify and prototype potential improvements to AI systems based on current literature.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field with specialization in machine learning.
· 1–3 years of hands-on experience in applied ML or research; strong academic backgrounds considered.
· Proficiency in Python and C/C++, with experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
· Solid understanding of computer vision algorithms including feature extraction, object detection, segmentation, and geometric transformations.
· Strong experimental design and statistical analysis skills.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex research to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Bonus: experience with LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal architectures, open-source contributions, or academic publications.
