Role Objective
Lead the AI Strategy, leveraging AI/GenAI/AgenticAI-solutions within the OneBtoC perimeter (Engie BtoC activities across 6 countries - France, Belgium, Australia, Netherlands, Italy & Romania).
The role focuses on designing, developing, and scaling high-impact AI products that enhance customer journeys, operational efficiency, and digital performance.
🏢 Organizational Context
- Reporting to the OneBtoC Chief Digital & IT Officer
- Close relationship with S&EM AI Product Manager.
- Close collaboration with AI resources within BtoC countries, Businesses and Functions of OneBtoC Organization (Operations teams especially for Call Centers, Marketing, Energy Management, HR, Finance, Digital & IT, etc), with Architecture (notably Data & AI Architect) and BtoC Core Backbone Product Manager
🔧 Key Responsibilities and missions
- Identify and scope impactful AI use cases and initiatives proposed by BtoC Countries, as well as those originating from OneBtoC, Group or S&EM (e.g., Agent Assistant, Email Assistant, Voice Bot, etc)
- Recommend prioritization and resource allocation to the OneBtoC Excom, focusing investments on a limited set of scalable and high-ROI AI use cases - either applicable across all BtoC countries or delivering strong local value
- Lead and drive the design and delivery of AI products and use cases, in close coordination with technical and business stakeholders
- Ensure scalable deployment of AI products across OneBtoC countries (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Romania, Australia).
- Monitor performance and adoption KPIs (e.g., cost savings, customer satisfaction, usage metrics).
- Ensure regulatory compliance (AI Act, GDPR) and alignment with ENGIE and S&EM standards.
- Leveraging Architecture team, define, update regularly and communicate the OneBtoC AI Tech Stack framework, easing and ensuring technical scalability by design across all countries
- Contribute to the GenAI strategy and industrialization of solutions (e.g., AWS Connect GenAI), pushing disruptive changes across business and functions processes
