AI Product Designer (Remote - US)

As an AI Product Designer, you will create human-centered, AI-powered experiences that help enterprise clients interact with technology in more intuitive and efficient ways. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and clients, to design conversation flows, prototypes, and interfaces that translate complex processes into seamless digital interactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending UX design, AI technology, and business impact, and who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments. You will influence the end-to-end user experience of AI-driven products, continuously iterating based on feedback and analytics to deliver meaningful, accessible, and scalable solutions.

Accountabilities

·        Design AI-powered user experiences and workflows using low-code/no-code platforms such as Cresta and Kore.ai.

·        Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to understand user needs and business objectives.

·        Create wireframes, conversation flows, mockups, and prototypes that bring intelligent workflows to life.

·        Design and optimize chatbot and voicebot experiences, including intents, dialogue trees, tone, and escalation paths.

·        Translate complex business processes into intuitive, streamlined digital interactions.

·        Configure platform elements to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.

·        Continuously test and improve AI experiences using user feedback and analytics.

Requirements

·        Experience designing for AI-driven products, preferably with tools like Cresta and Kore.ai.

·        Strong UX/UI fundamentals with the ability to apply them to dynamic, multi-modal experiences.

·        Familiarity with conversational design principles, including dialogue mapping, tone of voice, and accessibility.

·        Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, client-facing, or consulting environments.

·        Comfort working within no-code/low-code platforms and designing scalable AI workflows.

·        Bonus: Experience in sales, pre-sales, demo configurations, or Kore.ai certifications.
