Aftermarket Sales Support

We are looking for a talented Aftermarket Sales Support to join our team, specialising in Sales for our Parts Sales department in Spain, San Fernando de Henares, Cummins Spain DBU.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Deliver accurate, timely sales reports that support forecasting and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain key systems and tools (including Salesforce, and internal portals) to ensure data integrity and smooth daily operations.
• Conduct internal and external data analyses to identify trends, variances and opportunities for the sales team.
• Support the development of marketing plans, communication strategies and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
• Contribute to social media activity, merchandising materials and campaign launches to enhance market visibility.
• Assist the Aftermarket business by analysing sales performance, market share, competition insights and niche opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Present information clearly and adapt communication to different audiences, ensuring complex data is easy to understand and apply.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with digital tools and systems.

Education/Experience:

• At least two years’ professional experience, ideally in sales support, marketing or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience is essential.
• Advanced level of English (ideally C1 or equivalent).
