The Role

We are seeking experienced Advisors / Consultants to support client engagements across the legal and public sector.

You will work on high-impact projects involving institutional reform, strategy, governance, operational improvement, and organizational transformation. Projects may vary in scope and geography.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong analytical capability with real-world leadership experience and who are comfortable operating in complex institutional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic advisory projects for law firms, courts, and ministries

• Conduct research, analysis, and stakeholder assessments

• Develop practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps

• Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions

• Contribute to policy design, governance frameworks, and operational improvements

• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and presentations

• Collaborate with senior advisors and client leadership teams

Ideal Candidate

• 8–15+ years of experience in consulting, law firm leadership, judicial administration, government, regulatory bodies, or institutional reform

• Strong understanding of legal sector and/or public administration environments

• Experience in strategy, organizational design, governance, or transformation initiatives

• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills

• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders

• International exposure or cross-border experience is a plus

• Professional fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
