Position #: 194318 Expected Start Date: October 20, 2025 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Director Office - First Nations Metis Health Services - Prince Albert Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: No Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is accountable to provide confidential administrative support to the Directors they are assigned to. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio(s), through accurate, timely and efficient execution of confidential administrative support functions for Directors. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with allmembers of the administrative team to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority’sobjectives. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administration support staff and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience "3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role " Experience working with First Nations and Metis communities and organizations Education Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course Other Education and Training Equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies Advanced - Decision making skills Advanced - Planning skills Advanced - Organizational skills Advanced - Collaborative skills Advanced - Communication skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information Excellent proficiency in editing material for clarity, accuracy and conciseness Ability to be self-directed, creative, collaborative and to have sound judgement Superior interpersonal, communication and writing skills Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety Ability to work collegially, collaboratively and build positive relationships Knowledge in minute taking Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
