We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our General Office team in Bromley as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This role is for 2.5 days per week: Monday – Full day Wednesday – Afternoon Friday – Full day You will provide essential administrative support to the office team and be available to cover our branch offices when needed. The position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Managing incoming and outgoing post efficiently. Handling telephone calls and providing friendly, professional assistance to clients and colleagues. Covering reception duties and ensuring a welcoming environment. Organising transport and couriers, keeping accurate records. Monitoring and distributing stationery and kitchen supplies. Scheduling, filing, and maintaining deeds and documents. Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments for clients and teams. Scanning, storing, printing, and dispatching documents. Supporting file management for both hard copy and electronic records. Adhering to GDPR and internal security protocols. Contributing positively to team and firm-wide activities. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education: GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths (or equivalent). Experience: Previous experience in administration or customer service (similar role desirable). Technical Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office and IT systems. Personal Attributes: Highly organised, accurate, and methodical. Great communicator with a polite and professional manner. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use initiative. Team player with a flexible attitude and strong time management. Attention to detail and a conscientious approach.
