We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the President of our HSP division and contribute to the smooth execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives for a 1-year contract.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

  • Manage the President’s calendar, travel, and daily schedule with accuracy and discretion;
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed;
  • Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports;
  • Act as a key liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders;
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects through research and coordination;
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions;
  • Help ensure the executive office operates efficiently and smoothly.

 

 

What Sets You Apart

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (President, CEO, or equivalent);
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools;
  • Discretion, reliability, and the ability to manage sensitive information;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
