A role you will love As an Adjudicator you'll adhere to strict deadlines when producing adjudication decisions. You'll also collaborate with teams within the department, contributing to continuous improvement and project-related activities associated with your role. Some of your key responsibilities will include: You’ll handle adjudications for disputes referred to DPS/LPS Scotland adjudicators You’ll resolve disputes between landlords and tenants and draft adjudication judgements for The Deposit Protection Service/LPS Scotland You’ll liaise with Dispute Resolution Case Handlers and other key individuals within DPS/LPS Scotland You’ll assist the Head of Dispute Resolution, Lead Adjudicator, and Senior Adjudicators with various tasks as requested Salary The salary for this position can reach up to £42,000, depending on your experience. What will you bring to the role? You'll examine large volumes of complex information to pinpoint key issues and make clear, concise determinations. High-level decision-making and investigative skills are essential for adjudication. You'll need excellent attention to detail and the ability to work alone. These positions also require outstanding communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to meet deadlines.
