Job Description

Our client, a well-established dental practice in Corner Brook, NL is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team immediately. This high-impact role is critical to the smooth financial operations of the practice, with the ideal candidate being a confident, proactive, and experienced individual.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:

  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients
  • Post and reconcile payments accurately
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue balances
  • Assist with month-end reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team as needed

Experience & Attributes for Success:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume accounts receivable
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and vendors
  • Dependable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working a dental or medical background is an asset but not required
