The Opportunity   We’re looking for an Account Executive based in Australia. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue their sales career in a dynamic SaaS environment by developing the sales process within existing customer accounts. You’ll partner closely with our APAC sales team to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue from Riskonnect’s existing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) customers. This is a great opportunity to further your sales career working closely with senior sales leaders and executive leadership, contributing to revenue growth, and deepening your knowledge of the enterprise software sales process. _____________________________________________________________________________ Primary Responsibilities   * Develop and execute a targeted sales plan within existing accounts * Conduct thorough account research to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities * Craft and tailor compelling sales presentations and value-driven messaging * Initiate outbound emails and calls to re-engage existing customers * Develop and maintain, or leverage existing, relationships with C-level executives within assigned accounts * Track activity in CRM systems for accuracy and visibility * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Engineering, New Business, Finance) as needed to support deal execution _____________________________________________________________________________   Your current skillset will include:   * 3-5 years of experience in a sales, sales support, or business development role * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English * Working knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software sales * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Experience working in a CRM (preferably Salesforce) * Familiarity with Gong, Consensus, or other sales tools is a plus * Proficiency in another language is advantageous
