You will get to: Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency Completing approved service on customer vehicles Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups. Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries What does it take to get on track? Must possess Ontario Class "A" Mechanics license (310S-Automotive) 2+ years of work experience in the Mechanical area of the Commercial Vehicle Service Industry Must excel in a team environment Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driver's abstract Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
