A bit about us: Southbroom St James Academy is looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and complex needs. This role also includes Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) duties. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalised support to meet the child’s learning, social and emotional needs. Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement strategies and interventions. Assist with classroom activities and promote inclusion.
